About availability and road rules:
EBFT reserves the right to admit riders and cancel a route due to weather or health reasons of our guide or problems with the ebikes.
While riding an ebike, smoking, drinking alcohol or using any device is not permitted. It is also not allowed to drive on the sidewalk, the traffic regulations in force in Spain must be obeyed and any infraction will be the responsibility of the offender, leaving Bike Fortwo exempt from any responsibility.
We are three people who carry out a route from a starting point to the arrival. During the journey we must collaborate, pay attention to the conditions of the road and the guide’s recommendations.
Any damage that occurs to the ebike will be covered by the deposit previously deposited.
Damage caused by an involuntary accident to third parties or vehicles will be covered by the included insurance.
In the event that one of our ebikes is out of service during the first hour of the route, EBFT will refund you all your paid amount.
If it happens later the tour will be terminated and no refund will be made.
About possible claims.
EBFT is the first interested in offering the best customer service so that with their satisfaction they recommend it to their contacts. But if the client is not satisfied and wishes to complain, they may do so at the relevant consumer organizations by presenting their allegations and evidence.
If the route does not clearly meet the clients’ expectations, the organization will study a possible refund of the amount paid.
About your reservation
The Client must make the reservation by paying 50% of the budgeted amount. The rest must be paid before the start of the route. The reservation will be effective once EBFT sends a confirmation by email.
About your contract
The contracting of our services occurs when the client pays all of the budgeted amounts and signs the documents sent. An ID or passport must be provided in addition to the telephone number and email of all riders.
Cancellations
The client can cancel up to 24 before the start of the service, and EBFT will make a full refund of the amount paid.
No refund will be made for later cancellations.
If the cancellation is made by EBFT for climatic reasons or major causes beyond the control of the client, 100% of the amount paid will be returned.
Insurance
All our routes are protected by comprehensive insurance that covers civil liability in case of damage to a third party such as damage to our ebikes due to accidents and also theft of them. Any damage to the rider is even covered.
Damage to our ebikes due to improper use is not covered, nor are traffic fines that a rider may commit. National coverage limited to Spain, Portugal and southern France
